Windows 7 backup to airport time capsule

I have been explained that time-capsule can be configured to be used as shared drive for windows environment, but no one has been able to confirm whether their is any workaround to sync select folders.

Can you help or point where I can find this? There is no excuse for not backing up your computer now. There are very affordable external USB hard drives available so you can backup everything you have for safe keeping. All pictures, music, videos, documents, finances, everything gone.
